Can anyone suggest any??
I'm having a heck of a time trying to find something.. As posted in a previous thread, my bass originally had Elixir .045, .065, .085, .105s on it. I bought some D'Addario EXL165's. But, the taper on the E string (which is by the tuner, not by the bridge) isnt long enough for it to be string on the bridge or through the body.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I open to anything really as long as they are Nickel, the above mentioned sizes, and long enough. I would prefer a set of strings that I could pick up at a GC or SamAsh though if possible.. |
