I know I have posted a lot of threads like this, so please forgive me. But what would be very Swingbass 66 sounding strings for a 4 string Jazz Bass? Thank you.

Red face

Okay, No Rotos! Sorry, I didnt mention that. I like the sound, but they died WAY to quickly.

DR low riders get a lot of love on this forum...If i were going to try a new set (i use 66's) i would go that route, but i really love my rotos so it probably won't be anytime soon.

Good Luck!

They fade fast, but once that happens, they still sound better than *most* other brands. I'd use the Roto's.

I like the Rotosound FM 66's. They seem to last a while longer than the D'addiro's. Then again it could just be my ears are getting a little age on them also. LOL.
