would i need cutom gauged strings

i cant find 5 packs with the high c

can anyone tell me how i would go about purchacing them

I would buy a 6 string set and not use the B. It's actually cheaper that way - at least when I did the math at juststrings.com for some TI flats.

I am thinking about buying another 5 and stringing it this way for when I do jazz combo things. I don't really need the low B for "standards" and the C will give me more solo range.

I just buy a six string set.

You might be able to buy a 4 string set, and buy a singe C string.
