| 6-string bass strung F to E

Hey,
I have a 6-string bass and would like to get rid of the low B and add another high string (F). I was looking at JustStrings.com, which has just about everything but can't find a set of 6-string bass strings with a low string around .105-.110. (I actually play a Warwick 4-string with a .110-.043 gauge). I was also looking at the single strings at JustStrings.com (specifically Ken Smith strings) and can't find any under .018 (they call it a Piccolo G-string). Any suggestions on buying single strings, such as gauges, i know it normally goes up every .020 (roughly), but I want an E A D G C F string setup, so the gauges have to be relatative to that specific tuning.
