6 string E to e?

is there a set of strings for this?
i resently bought 2 six string basses and want to tune them E to e (i already dit not knowing the string set wasn't ment for this, breaking a string)

so, i dont know where to look for strings like that...

help please!

oh, and its must be full scale (34)

i would look up the 7 string sets that go to a high F an work out gauge set of your own ... you can order strings individually ... i did this for a 4 string tuned to 5ths ...

fender makes the fender VI which is tuned E to e if i remember correctly. check that out, im sure they sell strings for it

you might have to build a custom set gauge wise

thanx for the replies, i guess i'll have to figure out the gauges for the B and high E myself...

if i take a normal set of .45 to .105 for the upper 4
what should i get for the higher 2?
any sugestions?

you should be able to calculate tension with a bit of trial and error on this calculator.
