6 String Extra Long Scale Nickel Wound Bass String Sets ... CHEAP?!?

Hey, does anyone know where I can find any strings like those mentioned in the title? I have been looking for ages and all are either too expensive or stainless steel.

I've got a cheepy one called "Brice Defiant 6" which I got from Rondo Music. It need 35" plus string-thru body. My idea of cheap is prolly anything under £25. Oh yeah, I need to be able to buy / order them in the UK.

The strings that come on the Brice 6's imported into the US are a brand called "Indie" a China knock-off of LaBella's, not sure if the same holds true when it's an overseas sale. Might want to check around and see if they are sold over there anywhere.

BTW, to the best of my knowledge, I don't believe that any nickle 6 string sets would be that cheap ....

Yeah, I knew about them! They are very good for the price (equivilent about £9) but the price of shipping from the US is not enough to justify buying them. Maybe I'll just give-in and mourn the money later ... hmmm. Thanks anyway!
