| I've tuned like that (okay, technically B-E-A-D-F-#b, but it's the same concept). Any company that makes a 7-string set will offer strings in those gauges. You can either buy the 7-string set and toss the B, or buy a 4-string set and buy the C and F separate.
Additionally, Circle K Strings (quickly becoming the local favorite on these boards) makes a wonderful balanced set with a huge array of string gauges. A Balanced 106 or Balanced 100 set would work just fine for your needs. The C and F will have slightly less tension than all the other strings if you drop them down to B and E, but that's almost preferable.
