7 string nickels?

Sign in to disble this ad
All right. I didn't find anything with a couple of quick searches.
Is anyone using nickels on a 7 string Conklin? I'd be very content with a set of DR Sunbeam 6's + a nickel .025 or .027. But who makes those?---any ideas on where to find something like those singles?

or
Any other brand ideas?

I actually have a 7-string set of Sunbeams that I think I basically annoyed DR into making me. Haven't put them on yet, though, because I'm thinking about changing to a plain 1st and going extra light across the board. The DR guys are going to hate me if I do. :^|

Of course, after I search for half an hour and find nothing, I stumble on it 3 minutes after I post.

Ken Smith Bass Burners Nickels 6-String Set

Ken Smith Bass Burner Nickel Single Strings

Just grab a .140 or .145 (I assume that'll be large enough?) and you'll be set.
