| If you bought your bass in November, why are you changing strings? They're practically new.
Perhaps it's a different sound you want - but it's not mine. I have two basses with rounds. One is a 2000 MIM Jazz, and it has the factory rounds on it. The other is an early 1997 EB-0, and it has the original rounds on it. All my other basses have flats ranging in age from about 4 years to 40+ years.
If you must change strings, go with a standard set like .045-.105.
