When you live on a small island, stuff like this matters....
Do you have suggestions or stories about uses for old strings?
I'm not gonna boil them, and I'm not going to keep them as spares, but I have about three sets' worth sitting on my dresser that have been waiting for inspiration. My fiancee- the Japanese-American Martha Stewart- hasn't come up with anything either.
Ideas?

| | Supporting Member | | | | | I donate my old strings to local junior high and high school jazz bands. Believe me they need them! Most of the time they don't know when to replace them or how to properly set up a bass so I help them with that also.
