Anyone Put Fender 8250s thru Bridge?

Did it work. The B and E are tapered and intended for thru body.

I would like to try them on my Sadowsky but they would be bridge terminated.

In a pinch i put a B string from an 8250 through a bridge. It worked ok but the tension seemed funny which made the tone funny. Not that it sounded bad, just could have been better.

Then again it wasn't my bass, and it was a peavey.
