-couldnīt find any info on theese strings, and I am curios how they are against regular boomers which is my first choice in roundwounds. I keep roundwounds on my seventies Jazzbass w. maple fretboard, and I am tempted to try the 52īs ..

I use them. Basically, much like the boomers but an overall brighter tone.

I used the Boomer Progressive Alloy 52 on my Fender RB5. They seem to last well and were kind to frets and fingers. The taper core was perfect for the tapered bridge on the RB5.

I still have a few sets unused, perhaps will play around with them on my P or L1500. I liked' em, FWIW.
