Availability of taper wound E strings for 2008 Am Std P-bass

I searched the threads for this question, but had no luck. Does anyone know of another mfg of round wound strings with a taper wound E string that is used on the new string through the body design on the new 2008 Fender P bass ? I have a set of the stock Fender strings and while they sound ok, I would like to try something else. Thanks for any info on this.
