Bass Boomers

I had recently replaced my 1 year old+ XL which sounded great but recently died with another set of XL's.

When I bought my Ibanez used about a year ago the Xls were already on it and at that time sounded fine. I put the new ones on and they sounded like guitar strings, WAY t bright and very clicky, even after a couple weeks of playing.

I went out and bought a set of GHS Bass Boomers on a reccomendation from a luthier friend.

These strings are simply awesome!! Sound great!!! Love 'em.

Welcome to the fold my friend!! Seems a lot of folks around here don't like them so well, but they are my weapon of choice (In roundwounds).

If you like them now check them out here: http://jacksmusicstore.com/ I just ordered a six pack, and I'm giddy as a school girl!
