Ordered 10 sets of strings Sunday night, was informed Monday that one item was back ordered, it came in Tuesday and shipped out that day, and I just got it. The strings were packed in there loosely, and I was wondering why he didn't just ship them in the display boxes they came in. Then I get to the bottom of the package, and neatly folded in there were the two boxes! Well played, Jason! Great service and communication!

We were short one of the singles but got it in Tuesday as you see.

Saved a little bit on shipping on our end for removing from the boxes... But I did not want you to be stuck with packs laying all over the place. :-)

Thx Jason...yeah, I'll enjoy...got 4 basses to change the strings out! That means 4 more complete setups, plus another few days of tweaking till it's just right. Oh well, the price I pay for switching up to balanced tension

They're the best. I messed up in the shopping cart and had wanted to upgrade to priority mail and they upgraded me at no charge.

I do have one problem with them though. I'm running out of places to put the stickers.

I would go so far as to say that Bassstringsonline.com has actually affected my playing in that I have been able to try numerous brands and types of strings that I never had access to before and Jason is there to answer your questions and guide you along at the click of a mouse.
