I've feel compelled to write this, despite the fact that when I receive poor service, I rarely- if ever- complain.

I ordered some strings from the USA and they were here with me in the UK 3 days later.....

I couldn't get that kind of service over here if I paid 10x as much.

Jason was a very big help. He gave as much info as he could even before I decided to order a set from him. He was also very quick to reply to any question. Usually with in minutes! I guess shipping to the UK is faster than it is to Japan, so I'm still waiting on them. I did opt for standard shipping service though.

THANK YOU!!! Glad you took the time to let everyone know and me know how the service is! 3 days is pretty quick! I am surprised by that... Maybe the USPS is rushing some packages for the holiday? Either way... Glad you got the strings and got them quickly!

Your strings shipped same day... You should see them around 6-10 business days... But depending on how the postal services and customs are backed up from the holidays it could take a little longer. So don't worry you are still on schedule. Your strings were shipped the same shipping method and rate as redlawman's...
