BEAD on Aerodyne Jazz Bass?

Hey guys, new guy here on the forums but I've been playing for about 10 years. I havean Aerodyne jazz bass, and I'm kinda tired of floppy drop tuning with standard regular slinkies. What would I have to do to delete the G, and go to BEAD with an actual B string?

File the nut slots, then string it with BEAD. I think that's about it.
