Best Punk Strings

What is the best string for that punk (clangy, growly, bright) sound? I currently have rotosounds that are very good, but is there anything better?

Ernie Balls... what I think most punk bassists use, very metallic and clanky.

(plus, they have their own stage at the warped tour... and it usually sounds damn good)

i don't play punk, but i play with Dean Markley Misfits Skullbusters and they sound pretty growly to me.
