best strings for a 6er

Hey guys could you recommend any set of good strings that’ll last a while and still sound great but for under $30. I have never baught strings for a 6er before because all I had before was a 4 stringer and unfortunately hybrid slinky's don't come in 6ers.

PS. I like pretty thick guages.

I love Ken Smith's Taper core series for any bass. They are dynamite strings and rather affordable.

When I had my six, I liked LaBella Hard Rockin' Steels. Great B string.

If you like bright sounding stainless strings, try the Carvin stainless. A 6-string set is just $16! And they last quite a while.
