Billy Sheehan Snarling Dogs Bass Strings - where to find?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey
I was wondering if anyone knows where you can buy Snarling Dogs Bass Strings - the ones Billy Sheehan uses...I saw on his Bass Day 97 video that he uses a custom set and i want to try them! He has a low E string that is a 115 and i want to see how that feels..
Any help would be appreciated!
thanks
chris

Just Strings has "Hell Billy's" in Nickel and Stainless (w/115 E) for ~$19.

FYI...Rotosound makes a set of stainless Swing 66's with a
130 E (60-80-105-130) for ~$22.00 at J/S.

Musicians Friend periodically blows them out for $9.99 a set (I can't resist 'em). The url is http://www.musiciansfriend.com/ex/ds...pecials.html,1

Right now they don't have an Hell-Billy's (the ones with the .115 E) on the list (I got a couple of sets of those in the spring to try DGCF tuning). They do have the Really-Billy's (supposedly what he uses) with .110 E.
