Black Beauty sound without the feel?

I love the sound of these strings, but not the feel. What strings will get me this tone with more of a Hi Beam feel?

You might try the DR Marcus Miller Fat Beams. They are 1/2 speed wound Hi-Beams that have a deeper sound.

I have both sets on different basses. I love the sound of the Black Beautys, but the feel is slippery.
