I've been playing flats for a little while; a really oldschool set of D'Addario's I got with my Ripper. Great sound.


Trawling eBay recently I just scored two sets of SLOWOUNDS.

I frickin' love these strings. EXL's just don't come close, don't care what anyone thinks! Who else among us is still a slowound fan? It's been about 3+ years since my last set!!!

Enjoy them.....They are not made anymore. In fact, If you really like them, buy all you can get! Just remember: Even bass strings have a shelf life. Enjoy!
