Blue Bass strings

Anybody know anything about them? I would like to try them but I would like some feedback first.
What are they called? Have you used them?

I saw a guy using them at a festival a few weeks ago, they look cool, but to me the G & D strings kinda went away where the E & A were very much there. I don't know if it was just me, the strings or the bass...so any opinions?
