Blue Steel Tension

Do Blue Steel strings have higher tension than Hi-Beams?I've got to decide whether to get 40-60-80-100 or 40-55-75-95. I love the low tension of 40-100 Hi-Beams.

They do have a little more tension because of having a hex core wire instead of the round core like the hi-beams. It's not that big of a differance where I would switch the gauge size though.

I would say that their tension is quite a bit higher than Hi-Beams.

I assumed that they were comparable to Lo-Riders, tension-wise. Too bad DM doesn't make a 35-95 set.
