Has anyone ever used DR Bootzillas? How are they sound and tension wise?

However I think they're coated stainless steel and heavy gage.

just read the back of the package on the "Musicians Friend" website

I'll stick with roto's although I have a set of boomers I was told to try 045-065-085-105-130

I just tried the bootzillas for the first time and they are by far the best-coated string I every used. They sound like the low riders that they are. As far as how long they will last is still to be seen. I’ve had them on about a month but I have not gigged with that bass yet.
