I'm trying to make my Bartolini pickuped Warmoth to sound more modern and bright. Make my Warmoth Gecko with barts more gospel
I have prosteels on it now, but it either warm or harsh. I like the warm tone, but as I'm getting a fretless for more mellow stuff I want a more modern sound. I'll try other strings first before more expensive mods.
Could anyone recommend me a 6 string set that is bright, but not harsh.
