| I believe ESP and LTD bass come stock with SIT strings. SIT Rock Brights stainless steels are said to be quite bright. I've never tried them, but have tried PowerWounds, PowerSteels, Silencers, and PowerFlats. SIT are good value strings.
The "go-to" strings for bright are DR Hi-Beams and D'Addario ProSteels. Fodera stainless steel strings are pretty bright too. I also like Ken Smith Rock Masters.
I would avoid Dean Markley Blue Steels because though they start out super bright, they become the world's muddiest strings in about a week or two.
