Brightest flatwound

Which flatwound is the brightest?

I'm currently using TI flats on my Fender Jazz fretless but is there anything else which will give me a bit more zing? Rounds will eat the fingerboard so I want to stay with flats.

Thanks.

From my very limited experience with Flats-

D'Addario Chromes.

I tried these and they chewed up the neck like rounds.

I think that Rotosound Solo Bass are pressure wound and not a true flat. However, Rotosound 77s have a rep for being a very bright flatwound. They're also known for having higher tension than other flats.

I can vouch for the brightness of Chromes, especially in light and medium gauges.

I like the Daddario Chromes too.. Even Feeling.
Years ago I tried GHS brite flats, and boy are they bright.
For real Dull sounding thud, i found these flats at www.webstrings.com they are cheap, and sound like those cheap strings that used to come on all the old fender basses inthe late 60s and early 70s.. you know they had that green wrap but these dont have a wrap...

Rotosound 77's are bright, very good sounding flatwound strings. Just wish they did not go dead so quick.
D'Addario Chromes are good sounding lively strings for flats and will last longer than the Roto 77's.

Sadowsky makes a good, bright flat. Best ones I've tried.
