I'm getting two shortscales soon, and to counter their size, I want to be sure I string them with very bright, not flat, punchy sounding strings. Any suggestions? |

| | | | Dean Markley Blue Steels, they're insanely bright, great sounding, well priced, and their brightness never seems to die. I play around 4 hours a day and I only have to replace mine every 4 months or so when they're completely dead.
Rotosound 66s are almost as bright, and they have tone to die for, but they lose their brightness in a few days. |

| | | | Can you buy Elites strings in the U.S? Really nice zing with good body and nice softish tension, when they round out they still sound funky, must have bought and played well over 100 sets of these, every one of them had the same consistency, I dig them V.mucho. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
