So, I have an Ibanez BTB 5 string bass, and the low B string always Buzzes! My bridge isn't too low, and the string is in the right tune, but how ever I play (Finger or Pick) it still buzzes.. Could it be my amp is inefficient? I don't know what it is; can I get some answers? =D

The B string has the least tension, and widest amplitude - its normal. BTW your BTB is 35" scale - it shouldn't be that bad - maybe it need a light setup? Nice bass too.

I'm kinda new, so what's a 'Light Setup?'

I just meant that it doesn't sound like need a major overhaul - just some small adjustments (if that even). Check your neck relief, and saddle height. If you bought it new - it should be close.
