Can i play Cleartones with a pick and not worry about fraying?

Can i play Cleartone strings with a pick without the coating fraying out like Elixers?

I like playing with a pick sometimes and strings die very fast for me.

I've currently got about 10 hours on my first set of Cleartones.
I play about 80% with a pick and they still look OK to me.
