Can some one suggest strings for slapping and popping on a Fender P Bass?

In church, we're starting to do more contemporary Gospel (do to the younger crowd) and It is impossible to slap with my chromes. Can anybody make any suggestions please! This Sunday we gonna get funky for Jesus!

I use DR stainless steel highbeams and they have a nice POP to them.

I typcally use DR Low riders on my long scale Warwicks but on my P bass I always go back to Daddario Nickle strings rather than Stainless. They seem to match the basses natural over tones better. Its that '70 funk tone.

I really like Hi-Beams with that P sound slapped, seems to work quite nicely.

I used to have a P Bass. I really loved how Ernie Ball 50-105 flats slapped on that baby. But maybe that's just me.

Just last week I replaced the flatwounds on my Fender P with DR Hi Beams for this very reason (except for the Jesus part).
