Carl Thompson LONG Scale Strings?

Ive got at 36 inch Carl and the only strings I can find that fit (locally) are 100 -45 d'addario. But what if i want a 95 Scale? Suggestions? Websites?

Circle K strings appear to be made in lengths that would suit your bass.

CK's may be a poor choice for a Carl Thompson, as most of them I've seen are strung through body, which is not possible with Circle K's.

I assume the D'Addario you used were Super Long, which are wound to 38".
They offer a set of .95's in super long.

You can also use Ken Smith, Extra Longs from Sadowsky, LaBella, or SIT. All are 38"

There are lots available at www.bassstringsonline.com

Perhaps a picture of the bass would help us offer a proper diagnosis.

+1. A great source for strings.

You can also get them directly from Carl. He's local to me, so I guess it's kinda cheating, but I get extra longs from him for a custom fiver I have. He's very nice to deal with. Just give him a shout, and I'm sure he'd put a set together for you.
