| Cirrus with LMII Amp; What Strings?

I have a 4 string Cirrus and a LMII amp. Can't seem to get a good sound. My passive bass sounds really good with this amp. My Cirrus sounds really good with several other amps. I have always used Rotosound round wound strings.
Any string suggestions for this combination? I have a 12 cab and soon a 15 to go with it.
