I do not know. I don't think I would clean them with that, but since they are coated they are supposed to more resistant to finger oils. I would just keep them wiped off like any other string.
I think the standard spray guitar polish would be fine for those. They stay alive a good long time with no attention at all, so a little attention will probably get you a bit more string life.
