coated: Elixer Nanoweb Vs Ernie Ball Hybrid

Sign in to disble this ad
I've switched over to elixer nanoweb coated strings a few months ago and have enjoyed them (although I don't think they retain 'that new punch' as long as everyone says)....I now have a friend who is endorsed by EB (or endorses them, however you want to say it), thus I could get EBs at 60% off.

So before I just dump money at them, I bought the only set GC carries ...Hybrids 45-105. I find them to have less coating, and maybe a smidge brighter. also noticed they don't make a .040

Would love to hear other opinions.

Best,
Stu
