| I think GHS will even package custom gauge sets for you. In terms of custom winding ratios, wrap material, core design, etc., yes, that's where strings like MTD, Ken Smith, Lakland and so on come from. But, of course, there would be minimums (probably pretty big minimums) on stuff like that. Alembic, for instance, doesn't wind their own strings, but supplies the materials to the people who do.
