Question D-R Lo Riders

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm currently using the ML set with the .100 E-String. I'd like to get a thicker tone out of my E & A strings. Can I accomplish this by moving to the 'heavy' set with the .110 E?

I don't bend or use vibrato much, so that's not an issue. I'm pretty much a rock bottom pick player, if that helps.

Thanks!

Yeah, probably. Try it and see...

I'd try a set of 105's first and see how you go. Be prepared to adjust that truss rod with extra tension though...
