D'addario Customer Service: Anyone here dealt with?

Sign in to disble this ad
So, I had an issue with some strings, and sent 'em back to D'addario about a month ago. Got an RA # and all that. Still have heard nothing.

Anyone here dealt with their CS?

I've sent them a few emails, and I've always had response by the next business day. Never dealt with a string issue. Try calling or emailing them with that RA# and inquire. They seem to be nice folks.

They were great in sending me a replacement string. Top notch customer service!!! I have a thread about it in the string section.

I have dealt with D'Addario CS a couple times. Excellent all the way around.

You have an RA#, call them on the phone.

Yep, lug is funny even when not trying.

If he's trying to be funny...

You better hide the coffee.

Just wanted to post to say that Don and George both took good care of this, and I have received the strings.

New Chromes on an older Pbass, and I sound like me again.

Props to them, and to D'addario.

Thanks to all!
