Daddario EPS230 Super Bright bass strings? (.55,.75,.90,.110).....

I am considering putting these on my MusicmanSUB4. From the description, they're extra-heavy. I prefer extra-heavy strings on my basses.

I currently have Fender Black Nylons on my MusicmanSUB4. Absolute funk, but I get a hum, due, possibly, to the metal on the strings being covered.

Do these give extra-heavy bottom? Do they really have a "piano sound" high-end, which I could do without?

I am looking for extra-heavy roundwounds (I am well-familiar w/flatwounds, which I have on my P Basses)

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.

ProSteels do give that chime/piano sound. In that guage it should be very loud!
