Smile Darco Bass Strings ?

What does everybody think about Martins Darco line of electric bass string?

Your thoughts please

They're inexpensive, start out fairly bright, and mellow quickly and IMHO nicely. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of silk on either end of the string. I don't think it's a bad thing, I just like silk ends.

I agree with all of the above. Before I switched to flats, I used the Darco 40-95 sets with good results (once they settled)...
