Defective Chromes!

This is a first. I have gotten a bad set of XL's in the past, but never a bad set of chromes. The D string broke right above the string tree.
Thats 2 bad sets of D'Addario's in ten years. Not a bad track record I suppose but you can't get Chromes in singles so im out $30.00. Has anyone dealt with D'Addario or juststrings.com as far as returns or reimburstment?

Juststrings sells Chromes in singles.

I heard D'addario have pretty good CS... try asking for a replacement string.
