DR customer service

Hi all. Big fan of DR strings here. But, I had a problem with the low B strings in 2 sets of Longnecks the other day. They are bad and won't intonate. This is NOT a common occurrence, very rare actually at least in my experience w/ DRs. Anyways, I called DR yesterday, and have 2 new B strings on their way to me, with no questions asked. Just wanted to let everyone know about DR's great products and customer service.

Been using Nickel Lo-Riders for about 4 years now. Had one bad string. They sent me a set.

Great strings. Great customer service.
