Hi-Beams. Great string to string balance. Im switching back for a season after getting this Epifani Cab. I want to hear just how even i can get my tone.

Low riders, I think, have better tone, "IF" your not doing a lot of slap.

hmmm
I already have a 5M mapple Ken Smith bass that I string with DR Hi-Beam 0.40 strings..
Now I have my new TRB JP2 bass that I'm gonna use both for recording and on stage...
I've used TRB1 for a couple of months and I remember that highs were too strong, too creepy... That's because I think lo-riders are going to be a better choice... Or maybe gotta test both...
