DR Low B's

Sorry if this info has been posted before. I just had a discussion with DR about 2 B strings that broke on me last night while putting new strings on. Apparently they had a manufacturing problem in December with the B's. They are sending me entire new sets of strings, not just the B. I know it is not that big of a deal for them to replace the sets, but I was really happy, no questions asked except where to send them. In this day and age, I really appreciate this type of open honesty and customer service...really makes me WANT to do business with them again.

Good to hear. I love my DRs!

I had a similar thing with Carvin and they did the same thing.

I must have gotten some from that batch too, they replaced them lickety split. I'll deal with the occasional bad string (as long as they replace it) to get that sweetness that only a DR string provides

HUH! Had a new Fatbeam B fail on me while re-stringing last week - the retailer gave me another so all is cool, but I was flummoxed by the failure - not at all consistent with my favorable DR experiences in the past.

If these Circle K strings don't fit the bill for what I want I think I'm going to be going to Fat Beams for a while.

I have had DR do that for me a few times over the years when I have gotten a bum string or two. Great company, great product.
