Hey all,

Has anyone ever tried these on their ABG? I think the Tacoma came with D'Addarios so I'd like to try something else.

Any words of wisdom?

Thanks

I use the DR RAREs' on my Warwick Alian acoustic. I find that the DR strings have a chorus like quality that is consistant across their product line. This is noticable acoustically Using the Rares. They are a little bright at first but mellow out nicely. I find them to be very dynamic in picking up right hand finger attack on my particular Bass which has a piezo bridge.

Rare DR's

Thanks GearGod,

I will be giving them a go ahead. I bet they feel less tense due to the round core too.
