I was surprised how bright these things were in person. I ordered from BassStringsOnline and love them so far. I just had a set-up done and got my bass back tonight. It's an Ibanez SRX300 tuned BEAD. The lows are thick but clear and very little string noise...just thought I'd share a pic!

It's looking awesome! My Ibby is tuned to Bead as well, but I'm using Ernie Ball flatwounds (60 - 80 - 105 - 130)
