Hey I just want to give a shout out to Anthony at DR strings.....I had a problem with Guitar Center and was sold some Long Necks that were not what I was looking for.....no refund or exchange from Guitar Center etc...so I sent an email of to DR........I was contacted by Anthony and received a new set of strings today!!!The very next day after I contacted them. Very Cool Company with impeccable customer service.

Nothing worse than cutting a string too short! It's cool that they are helping you out, despite it being your fault.

I only have GREAT words for DR customer service. I've dealt with them several times and every time they are top notch

They did the same for me. I put a set of flats on my P-bass once, and the E was crap right out the box. I sent them an email, they sent me an entire replacement set. They give so much away that I'm not sure how they make money.

That settles it. I'm getting ready to go to the store for some new strings and I'm going to try a set of black beauties.

DR is a great example of what's right in business. Enough of that, and eventually everybody will have to follow suit.
Hipshot is another brand with this style of service. Kudos to them.

I wish I'd known this years ago, I bought two sets a long time ago and both had bad A strings. Caused me to leave them for a while but I'm back.
