DR Sunbeams - wrong gauge in the pack

I am alone here or has anyone else had this problem?

I bought a set of SR Sunbeams from Amazon and found that the second string was actually another third, i.e instead of 105/85/65/45 I had 105/85/85/45.

I returned them to Amazon for an exchange and they sent me exactly the same back !

I then bought a set from JustStrings and got the same again

I've e-mailed JustStrings and I'm sure they'll sort this out.

I've never had this happen before and I've been buying strings for many, many years. Anyone else had this problem?

By the way, I checked them with a micrometer just to make sure I wasn't going mad.

This is a known problem with a recent batch of Sunbeams. Contact DR and they'll take care of it for you.

I haven't had that problem yet but, I can say that DR has excellent CS, as well as just strings.... I wonder what the heck happened at the factory?

Yep. I called DR directly about a different issue recently and they told me to watch out for the double A string. Just call them and they'll send you the correct string overnight.

Thanks guys - I contacted JustStrings and DR and they're going to sort it out.

Sounds like they had a bunch of these leave the factory wrong.
