DR Support is great to me!

I got a brand new set of Sunbeams that I ordered in last night. As I was putting them on the G and D strings went fine. When I started bringing the A string up to pitch, it started making popping noises and them broke right between where the string goes through the bridge and the saddle. I emailed DR last night about it and by the time I got up this morning I had an email from DR saying how sorry they are and that they will ship a new A string out to me right away. That is what I'm talking about!!!

Agreed. DR customer service is great. They respond and react to the people that keep them in business. Smart people!
